Within top 3 Cambridge finishers at the Varsity match and within first 6 riders

And either

(A) A top 20 place in the championship category of the BUSA XC championships in the same year

or

(B) A finish within 125% of the winning time of any 100km mountain marathon in the same year

Half Blue

Varsity Match Team (3) and within the first 6 riders

Full Blue

Have represented CUCC in Varsity Match and/or BUSA
plus
Achieve within season 2 sub-54 minute 25 mile TTs
plus
Top 50 in National Competition

Half Blue

Varsity Match team (3) and within 15% of 2nd men's time
and/or
BUSA 10 or 25 mile time trial - top 5 and within 20% of 2nd male time.

Full Blue

Have represented CUCC in VM and/or BUSA
plus
Achieve within season 2 sub-60 minute 25 mile TTs
plus
BUSA - top 3 and within 15% of 2nd male time or National 10 / 25 - top 10,
or National 50 / 100 - top 5

If anyone races to a high level in other cycling disciplines (i.e. not time trialling), then we can apply for extraordinary / discretionary full blues for that case. The criteria these will be judged against would be of a similar level as laid down for the full blue for time trialling.

"Allowance for application to the committee for extraordinary/discretionary full blue for outstanding performances at National Standard in other cycling disciplines which are less easy to quantify in terms of time, such as the National time trial series, track, cyclo-cross, road racing and mountain biking."
