All the club rides tend to start from Brookside. Unfortunately, when you're new to Cambridge, you're highly unlikely to know where Brookside is. So hopefully this will help you find the place (it's fairly easy to find).
Directions:
Follow 'Trumpington Street' down past Pembroke College and Peterhouse. As you go down this road, you'll come to a pair of roundabouts. If you turn left down 'Lensfield Road' at the first roundabout, Brookside corner is on your right about 3 metres down the road.
OR
Go down 'Regent Street' towards 'Lensfield Road'. At the Cross-roads, turn right onto 'Lensfield Road'. Head down 'Lensfield Road' and Brookside is about 3m before the roundabout with 'Trumpington Road'. The black cross on the following map shows where we meet:
