Amongst the alumni of the CUCC are some very famous names, including Olympic silver medallist Emma Pooley and former UK timetrial champion Dr Michael Hutchinson. Over the past few years, an alumni club, the Light Blue Cycling Club (LBCC), has been (re)created to provide an organisation whereby former CUCC members can keep in touch with one another and ride together when time and opportunity permit.
