In recent years, CUCC's membership has been overwhelmingly made up of engineers with the odd smattering of outsiders (mostly natural scientists). It is no wonder, then, that as soon as a public webserver became available for use, that the then committee of CUCC saw the benefits of having web presence.

Luckily, most of the websites since about 1996 and the present day have been archived and they are now, once again, available for viewing. There will be pages that are broken, there will be things that render horribly on today's browers. But, by and large, most of the content is still readable - in this way, the recent history of CUCC can tell itself.
